Jules is based in the East Lothian village of Longniddry. She provides a full range of beauty treatments including:

The world famous CACI non-surgical face lifting and body sculpting system. As used by celebrities and royalty the world over. This treatment is now available Monday–Friday.

works by using a sub-sensory (meaning you don’t feel it) electric current into the facial muscles making them contract and therefore firming and sculpting the facial contours – you see an immediate lift.   It also works well on skin tone and skin hydration, increases the natural collagen production in the skin,  making it a complete anti-aging treatment.   The fine lines and wrinkles soften and often disappear completely and the face is notably lifted, said Jules, who is a huge fan of the system. 

CACI is for any age, but it is best to start early to mid 30’s and use it as a preventative treatment rather than a remedial treatment once the signs of aging have begun.  

For ultimate results an initial course of 10 – 15 treatments,   1 or 2 per week is required followed by a monthly maintenance treatment for permanent results.

 

Pilates Classes in Longniddry & Prestonpans

All classes are mixed level so suitable for all. No previous experience is required.

Pilates is fantastic for developing strength and flexibility, it changes the shape of your body, lengthens and tones muscles and is particularly good for the lower back and abdominal muscles. Each exercise improves your core strength, posture and poise. By the end of the lesson you feel invigorated yet relaxed, your posture is improved and your back will feel wonderful.

The sessions will be run in blocks of ten lessons, paid in advance. The price is £60.00 per block. The drop in class at Prestonpans can be very busy – so best to call and book in advance on 01875 815483.
